Construction on our newest cabin was completed in February, 2007. Prices are $170.00 per night or $900.00 per week except for the months of July and August which will be $1,000 per week (Rates are for up to six people). During our peak seasons (last week of January through the first week of March) and (last week of June through the first week of September), cabins are rented only by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Additional persons cost $6.00/person/night or $25.00/person/week. Currently we have five cabins. The layout for each cabin is as follows:

Cabins are complete with linen and towels and have three bedrooms. One with one queen size bed on the first floor and two with one queen bed and one set of twin bunk beds on the second floor. Additionally, these spacious cabins offer two full baths, phones, cable TV/VCR, well equipped kitchen, living room, covered porch, outside fireplace, gas grill, screened gazebo, boat docks, and private beach (water shoes and beach towels are recommended). Enjoy a peaceful ride in a canoe, paddle boat, or kayak (complimentary to all Overlook guests). Bring your own boat or rent one of our fishing or pontoon boats. Lake cruises are available, Sea-Doo rentals nearby. Snowmobilers will enjoy direct groomed access to the main trail ITS 85 or to the lake itself.
