- All room rates, except for apartments, are for one or two people. Guests wishing to have more than two persons per room will be charged an additional $6.00 per person per night, or 25/person/week. Most pets are allowed, ($5.00 per day) as long as they are not left unattended in the room.

- Maximum number of guests for the apartments are six (6).
- Cots are available for $5.00 per night (5 Available).
- Children 10 years old and younger are free with a paying adult.

- Stay seven nights or more and save 10% off regular rates (cabins not included).
- All reservations require a credit card or a cash deposit equal to the first nights stay.
- Cabin reservations of 7 days or more require a $300 deposit.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Cash.
- All lodging prices are subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax.
- We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation for rooms and apartments.
- We require 30 days notice for cancellations of cabin reservations of 6 days or less.
- We require 90 days notice for cabin reservations of 7 days or more.
- Our motel phone system allows free local calls. A local call is anywhere within Northland Telephone Company's calling area. The prefixes are
- 398 St. Francis/Allagash
- 834 Fort Kent/Wallagrass
- 444 Eagle Lake/Winterville
All other calls made from the motel must be collect, calling card, credit card or operator assisted calls.
- In order for guests to receive calls in their rooms during the hours which the front desk is not staffed (7 P.M. - 8 A.M.) incoming callers will need to know the room number or cabin extension of the guest they would like to reach.
